- 1 Cup full cream milk
- 2 Cup heavy cream
- 6 Eggs
- 2/3 Cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp powdered green tea
- 8-10 Ice cubes
- Ice Cream machine
Step 1. Pour the milk in a saucepan and place on oven on medium flame
Step 2. Remove from the flame and add green tea powder
Step 3. Stir it thoroughly so that no lumps formed.
Step 4. Add sugar and eggs and then mix thoroughly until it dissolves completely
Step 5. Use a strainer and strain all the contents
Step 6. Place it back to flame and bring it to boil
Step 7. Remove it from the flame
Step 8. Cool it down by placing over the ice cubes bowl
Step 9. Once its temperature gown down noticeably place in the freezer for an hour
Step 10. Once chilled, put it inside the ice cream machine and churn it accordingly
Step 11. Freeze it for couple of hours before serving it in bowl.

Note- Ice cream can be made even without the ice cream machine; simply place the mixture in freezer and stir it vigorously in every 15-20 minutes until it sets too hard for stirring any further. It will take about 3-4 hours to freeze.
