As we bid farewell to 2014, we stand today looking back at the last 365 days at Goodwyn Tea.
It has been a busy year, alright. We have learned new tricks of the trade, upgraded ourselves and most importantly, unlearned what we’re doing wrong. We made amendments to our ways and processes in terms of production, packaging and delivery of teas. We succeeded and we failed, but always looked forward.
At Goodwyn, it was the year of 'new'. There were many additions and inclusions to our plan. We welcomed new members to our team, both at our estates and our office. We took up new challenges and fulfilled them. New teas and flavors were introduced. We worked on our packaging and introduced new designs for our tea packs. We have introduced new tea gifts and customization for the same to cater to corporates across the globe.
We've put in extra effort to bridge the gap between you and our estates. We have also taken social initiatives for better living and lifestyle of the workers and their families at the estates. More and more workers have come up to interact with our customers through videos and pictures.

2014 was an eye-opener in terms of the digital front. We realized that there’s too much that was left to be done on the digital front. Digital campaigns dominated our marketing plans as we as a team poured in major resources into the format. We’ve tried to reach out to our customers across the country and beyond through various digital channels. More and more platforms were used to make sure we’re well heard and reachable for our clients. The potential of digital platform is huge and we’re striving to get better in that with each passing day.
In the last couple of years, many have approached us with their requirement for customized corporate gifts. Last year, we came up with a range of customizations and tea gift items for our esteemed clients to cater to their gifting needs.
We've streamlined our dispatch and delivery and made sure that our customers receive their products faster and in best condition.
Our customer support team is bigger and better now. We’re steadfast in making it a hassle-free and smooth shopping experience for our customers. Whatever the concern, our support team is always there to walk you through it.
We've partnered with many businesses, brands and entrepreneurs through the year as a part of our strategic alliance program.
Last but not the least, 2014 has certainly been a great fun at Goodwyn! We have worked, celebrated, failed and succeeded- together. We aim to be bigger and better in 2015.
