Of all the beverages in the world, no other drink has spoken to me like the Teas. There is something undeniably exciting about the science (tools, process) behind a cup of tea, but more than that, what appeals to me is the sensory experience. The leafy aroma and earthly taste gets me- one cup at a time!
From black to green, my loyalty will always be with the single origin teas- so rich and yet surprisingly flamboyant in taste. Like wine, that can be traced back to the vintage, single origin teas can be traced back to their individual plantations/estates where it was produced and that’s what makes it unique! Perhaps just for the love of unadulterated taste of fresh leaves, I have never been too keen on blended teas.
